    [Solution] DELL D620 and Error code 14

    Hi !
    I just log into forum to report that I resolved my installation problem, that was "Error 14 please contact support":
    I have Dell D620. It was shipped with "roxio DLA" software.
    So I suggest removing it with Add/Suppress Program in config panel. After removal no problem for install anymore.
