Re: checking for multiple virtual drives in device manager
It sounds like you have more than one virtual drive or perhaps you forgot to take all the discs out of your real CD/DVD drives.
Check your device manager for ALL the cd/dvd drives that are listed.
This is my picture with ONLY ONE virtual drive (programs other than DAEMON Tools can create the drives and this method shows you all drives from all programs and all real drives)
You can post a screenshot from device manager or any more information about the number of virtual devices in your system.
