Network Image Access

Hello!

I am planning to put all the .iso files of my games to 1 network server. Now what I would like to know is that, if I load an image file from the network server to my workstation, will the workstation download the full cd image and transfer it to the workstation? Or it will just read the image file on the network server without downloading the whole image file to the workstation?

It will read it without downloading

If you use windows shares, it would read only what was needed, so it would not download full image first.
