Daemon Tool 4 doesnt start

Hi there,

i instaled Deamon Tool 4.12 without problems.
Wehen i start it, i get following failure:

"The Application in "0x7c920e03" points on memory in " 0x94750202". "written" cant be execuded on memory

click "OK" to terminate ...

I have reinstalled the program 4 times, redownloaded the installationfile, deletet the STPD.sys and deleted registry entries.

Using Win XP Home SP2
Avira Anti Vir
Kerio Firewall


I have no more ideas plz help me
