DT pro stalls when starting IDE adapter

Hey guys,

I just installed DT pro,
however when i try to create a new virtual IDE drive, I click yes when it says to start the IDE adapter, and then
it just stalls, doesnt do anything except for that little clock animation.

Help will be appreciated. Thanks

And which DT Pro Advanced and Windows version are you running?

I have the same problem using Windows Server 2008 and The latest DT pro (4.12.0223).

After about 15 minutes of waiting for the Virtual IDE to initialize I went to bed. This morning the V-IDE was there. I then tried mounting an image and once again it seemed to take forever. It was not mounted yet when I left this morning about 45 minutes after trying to mount the image.

It's already final since March or so.

No, Windows server 2008 is a shipping product as of the end of February.
