SPTD Setup Error code 16

I have a hard time installing the lite version. I have ESET Smart Security. When I agree to the terms and conditions I get the following message:

System file write error. Disable possible anti virus applications.

Then another window :

SPTD Setup Error code: 16.

How do I make Daemon Tools install? Thanks in advance.

Seems that "smart" software blocks write access to System32\Drivers folder.
