Win Xp And Daemon Tools

Burning Software: Nero 6.0.0.23
Anti-virus Software: None
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.41

Hi I've recently built a new pc and it works fine, I've always used DT and i think its great.
However the problem is I install DT 3.41 and immediately reboot the pc however then windows xp refuses to boot up and keeps restarting itself, I have to resort to going into safe mode and rolling back to the previous system restore point. Im definately sure it is Daemon tools, can anybody help please?

Install dtools. When you get restart/bsod, boot into safe mode. Then email your latest dmp file from C:\windows\minidump to andareed@daemon-tools.cc.

I dont have a minidump :/
