Installation problem

Hello!

I just wanted to install the new lite version 4.30.1 of DT but this error message always appears:

"System file write error. Disable possible antivirus applications."

Then it sais: "SPTD Setup error code: 16"

What does that mean and what can I do now?

Disable antivirus and security programs like Kaspersky, Windows Defender...
