Trial Account Activation

Hello, im not sure if you are able to help with this, but i have recently tried to activate the trial version of DTpro and it seems to come up with that my trial edition has ran out of time, i tried this a while back with my email but it wouldnt allow me to get a connection to your servers so i didnt end up bothering with it but have just tried again and it seems to have given me this message now. I would like to be able to test this program before i buy it any help would be great.

I just checked your account - it shows you activated successfully the trial version today.
