customer tag?

I bought both pro and advanced but never got a customer tag to link my account for the customer forum. can someone help???

dtpro v4.10.0215 and 19-10-2007 12:27 dtproStd,1 v4.10.0218. the email is the same for the purchase and the website. username are different though...

On top of the forum list, you will see customer forum then.

Checked and confirmed rage, soon i can give you your customer tag (applies also for doublejdog), but until i get the permission to set groups, we have to wait for an admin
