[Hard drive not formated] Not able to read CD from the hard drive. (diamond tools)

Operating System: Windows Xp Proffesional
Burning Software: none but a HITATCHI DVD ROM GD-2500
Anti-virus Software: not yet trying to install "Norton Antivirus 2003 Proffessional"
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.41

i've opened the file with diamond tools "norton antivirus" but when i open it from the newly created CD it then displays this message translated from swedish, "[Hard drive not formated] Not able to read CD from the hard drive. the disc can be damaged or uses a format not compatable with Windows " why is this?? then ill i can do is click on OK and then just live with that i wont be able to open the files unless it is solved.

I don't understand what you mean by 'opened the file with diamond tools "norton antivirus'
Daemon Tools does not provide any antivius.;-)
What image have you mounted and how you have created it?
