High CPU usage under vista x64 (4.30.3)

Hi,

I installed Daemon Tools lite v4.30.3 and there appear to be a number of problems:

1. Upon startup daemon tools will sometimes crash and I will have to click on "close the program" however the service automatically restarts and I am able to use it instantly, its a small problem.

2. daemon.exe constantly uses 25% of my CPU time (I have a AMD Phenom X4 9950BE) so thats equivalent to 100% loading on one core. Is there a fix for this unusually high CPU usage? I have not had a problem with daemon tools on my old dual core PC running windows XP x64.

Any help would be appreciated.
