So. This may or may not be related at all. However yesterday I installed Daemon Tools Lite on my computer to open up and old copy of a movie I had lying on my network. That worked fine, the program worked fine, but when I next went to connect to the internet, I couldn't. It seems that somewhere in that hour of installing and watching the video, I managed to be connected to an unidentified public network. I'm wondering if DT has its own network and my comp was auto joining it, or if this is entirely unrelated and I need to go see my neighbour about securing his router. So, anyone know?
