limited user cannot run mounted app

Hi,
On one machine (win xp) I have several accounts, one member of administrators and others as limited users. on administrator account I am able to mount image and run application normally, but on a limited user account I am able to mount image, and able to see all files inside the image file, but I cannot run the mounted application. How to resolve this problem?

If you run any program as admin, that user can bypass security and gain all admin access but anyway, you can google: run as encrypted password

hmm, I'm not sure that I want to users be able to bypass security and gain all admin access. Do you know is this problem of DT or windows? I don't understand why does mounting work but running app doesn't?

It is a feature from Windows Vista.
