Anti-virus Software: Norton Antivirus 2003

Hi
if i click on the try icon and then virtualcd/dvd-Rom it says Device0:[]no media. if i set divice parameters to any letter it doesen't work. and if i mount an image it says that its mounted but nothing happens and i can't see the virtual drive in my explorer. i also can't see alcohol and clonecd drives. but all are shown in this manager where you can see the hardware and in front of an axvsci controller there is a yellow exclamation mark.
