Invalid Device ???

Anti-virus Software: norton
DAEMON Tools Version: not sure, a recent one

everytime windows starts it says "invalid device" if i uninstall the program and reinstall it it works fine, but then as soon as i restart the same happends and its either reinstall or do without,,..

ok i got sent, st3shark.rar i extracted the sys file... now what do i do with it?
