Error Code 14, Cant install lite.

Hey.
This is the first time I am having problems installing Daemon Tools.
When I try to install it, as soon as I click "next" I get an error.
"Internal Setup Error. Error code: 14. Please contact support"
Its really weird. I should note that this happened only after I formatted my computer (Due to a virus). Before that, I never had any problems at all.
Also, I cannot install Alcohol 52%. Maybe the problem is the same?

I have the latest STPD installed (1.58, directly from the STPD site)

System Specs:
Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit
4GB RAM
Intel Core2Quad 6600 @ 2.4GHz

If any more info is needed, let me know. Please help me as this is urgent.

It means setup is either corrupt/infected or there is some conflict with other software.
