HELPE server prob during instal

hi i got that server prob and sadly none of the posts has helped me and i aint got a disc-soft.com entry in my folder and no fierwal and all programs shut out of the internet cheked twice i run on vista help pleese

cant annyone helpe me
it seems that the installation file is diferent somhow on some pc's and if so menny foks has the same prob it cant be the clients fault since i have done al the things thats been sugested to me
