Image disappears while installing

I'm in the middle of re-installing a game that worked just right when I used Daemon Tools last time, but now while in the middle of installation the image just disappears from the virtual drive.

A friend suggested that it must be a problem with the registry, but I don't know what to do about it. Any advice would be a big help.
