cant instal trial

i created an account on this site activated it and i'm still unable to instal daemon tools pro trial version (during instalation i type my email adress when i'em requested but after that it shows me that there is no connection to server .Can someone tell me where lies the problem

Any security software installed? Any hosts file modification?
