Error: 256. Contact support

OS Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope
Every time i try to install DT this error message pops up. It doesn't matter what version I try to install or if i use wine to install it they all end up with the same problem. This error occurs in the installation at the very begining when you hit "next" for the first time. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Internal Errors are mostly caused by security softwares. Try to disable them.

Make something idiot proof, but then they just make a better idiot
