Administrator privileges

I have installed the latest DEAMON Tools Lite version on Windows Vista but when I run the program, I get the following:

"You need local administrator privileges to run DEAMON Tools Lite for the first time"

I am already the administrator of my pc. Is there something that I can do?

Right click on shortcut -> Run as Administrator.
