    Vista 64 problem

    using Windows Vista 64 Ultimate I cannot open DTL.
    I was originally given a warning that "this program is incompatible" would I like to check for fix's. After checking for fix's and finding none I now cannot open DTL.
    I have reinstalled DTL and have the same problem.
    Can someone help me ?
