    DT Lite and Pro installation problem

    I have downloaded Daemon tools lite and pro 2 times each and keep getting the same error.

    Internal setup error: Error code 14: please contact support.

    I have had daemon tools lite on my computer before but uninstalled it and there are no traces of it in the registry.

    Any help?

    Deactivate all security software (also its services).
