Upgrade from DTL 4.35.5.0068 to DAEMON Tools Pro Advanced

Do I need to uninstall DTL 4.35.006, SPDT 1.62 and DT toolbar before to install the DAEMON Tools Pro Advanced on Windows Vista x86 running notebook.
I just have paid for personal license of DT Pro because I'll upgrade my OS to Windows 7 Ultimate x86.

Uninstall DT Lite and SPTD (it is a known fact OS upgrade will kill SPTD) and then upgrade to Win 7. Reinstall SPTD 1.62 in Win 7 and then it should work without problems.
