Installation problems

Hello,

I have used Daemon tools for years without problems but the other day it would not start. I uninstalled it and cleaned my computer (CCleaner) and proceeded with downloading "DAEMON Tools Lite version 4.35.5".

When I tried to install it I got passed "choose language" but when I click "next" on the Guide to install Daemon tools I get an error message:
"Internal setup error. Error code 14: contact support."

I run MS windows xp home SP3 - no windows 7.

Any help would be appreciated.

Security software problem, try to disable it.

I disabled my firewall.
Still the same error message.

And how is your security called?

It is called F-Secure.

Try to disable DeepGuard in F-Secure..
