I have tried reinstalling, rebooting and even deleting the setup and downloading it again and reinstall it, same error. I am using 64 bit version for my 64 bit vista

Shut off Zone Alarm but it still gives me the error...
Can someone also please explain to me why the software asks for a keyfile that is never provided and when tried to download one all it does is present the key?

Why does one side of the company not know what the other side is up to?

I need a good solution to this soon or I will be forced to cancel and look for another alternative.

This happened to me... you have to uninstall Zone Alarm... I had to revert back to Windows Firewall... but it fixed the problem.
