Help me please, Error!

I am currently Running DTLite and i always get this error when ever i start up my computer and daemon tools runs.

OS : Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
CPU : Intel(R) Celeron(R) D CPU 3.33GHz

I am running the english version of DTLite and i don't know why but whenever my pc turns on and daemontools auto runs, this shows up:

Install latest libraries of C++.

Also you should activate your windows

Lol About the activating thing. Where can i get the latest C++ thing at?

At Microsoft Download Center maybe.

Also which DT version do you use?

i got my DTLite at Download.com just go there and type in daemon tools and i got the lite version. Can you give me the exact name of the C++ thing so i can try to find it?

i Downloaded the C++ Library and installed it but the Error is still there. Help please!

You do have SP3 and all the latest updates installed?

No i have SP2.

And still what version of DT Lite you do have?
Also upgrading to SP3 might be an idea.
