windows 7 "side-by-side" error

    windows 7 "side-by-side" error

    I have tried for months to get tools lite to work on windows7.

    I have just tried again with latest version as of today and same this - program wont work and gets an error saying its "side-by-side configuration is incorrect"

    I use the app on windows Vista and XP without issu e- its just this 7 machine has me baffeled.

    Any idea on what to do?

    tried installing the visual c runtimes 2005, and 2007 ?
    my views are 100% personal views..
