Hi everyone,
I am really unsure as to what this problem is, but when I try to mount an image the drive letter for the image never appears. After struggling with what could be wrong, I looked in device manager and it shows the cdrom device with the yellow icon next to it.

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

I see three drivers under this: anydvd.sys, cdrom.sys, gearaspiwdm.sys.
In event viewer I see this and I know its relating to the same drivers.
