Insert Original disk??

I work in IT at a community College and we are using Daemon tools Pro Standard. We have a nursing skills CD that we need to run virtualy on 25 machines. I burn an image with Daemon tools (I have also tried CD Burner XP) and mount the disk image and get the "need original Disc to run this program". The disc does have a .INF file and a EULA that runs with it. I have removed the .INF and the EULA file also and made an image but it still asks for the original disk. Any ideas will help

Yes that is what the error looks like

The protection most likely is Hexalock.
Neither DT Pro nor any other Burning/Emulation app is capable of creating a working backup image of Hexalock discs.
