The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022)

Hello,

Every time I start Daemon Tools Pro(doesn't matter whether it's the advanced or standard version), I get the error message "The
application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022)" following a message saying Daemon Tools Pro Agent has closed. Could anyone help me solving this?

What version are you running? Also which OS do you have?
