DT lite under win 7 - no go!

Hi,

I am getting "unable to add adapter" error message when running the program after installation.

Tried manually clearing registry and uninstalling - didn't seem to help. (as it is described elsewhere in the forum)

Please advise.

P.S: I'm running windows 7 professional on a Lenovo X201 thinkpad

Just reinstall DAEMON Tools. It should help.

BTW, please specify your DT version.

I've got Windows 7, 64 bit, and DT lite works fine for me. Have you tried running it in administrator mode? My friend had the same problem with Vista

I'm facing the same problem, and also I am using a ThinkPad X201, 64bit Win7Pro, Reinstalled as administrator, no help, don't know why....

Also try to install the latest SPTD version - Download SPTD

I have two Thinkpads one works and the new one doesn't. I took Sway's advise and installed the latest SPTD driver for Win7 64bit and now it works just gine. Before I was getting the same error as Cherokee.
