Command Line Problem

I've seen read threads...

But despite my best efforts, the command line parameters I'm passing, that are purportely supported, do not produce any useful results/output in Win 7 x86.

Has this feature been removed, changed or is there an underlying problem elsewhere? If its the latter, what should I be looking at?
