DTLite install error 14

i couldn't find any threads that solved my problem, anyway:
OS: win7 x64
Security:
Firewall: Comodo w/ Defense+
AV: Avast
Anti Malware: Malwarebytes (free version)
Uninstalled: Threatfire

i tried disabling both comodo and avast but it still gave me the error

Threatfire caused that problem too.
Disable Comodo's Defense+ (there is an option which requires a reboot).

the option to disable that requires restart is disable permanently,
i did disable it when i tried to install (stated above) but i will try the permanent disable

permanently disabling defense+ let me install it, but now can i re enable defense+ and still run daemon tools?

You have to set exclusions for DTLite.exe etc. in D+ or else you get Debugger error.
