problem with window 7

hi
i have windows 7 and untill 3 weeks ago i was using the program and everything was fine.
since then i have notice that something wrong and there is no virtual cd on "my computer" or "computer" as it called in win 7. i tried to uninstall and install it again but nothing happened.
i searched on this site for help and i found one person that you helped but its not the same problem.

Check device manager for any yellow exclamation mark.

i checked.
there is a yellow triangle near the mark of the virtual cd and when i open it it said that the problem is "code19"
what that means??
