"free upgrades" and product on another computer

Okay...

If I've understood correctly not one of the versions can be downloaded for free use forever if I want it to be able to make my computer run a game without the disc (lite does not have the various possibilities of the payed versions).

I then may want to buy "DAEMON tools pro standard".

1)But what is "free upgrade period"? Does it mean that if I pay 24.90 euro for one year, the product only works for that duration of time and I have to repurchase the program?

2) If I buy the program, and say I get another computer, will I then be able to transfer the program to the new computer or will I have to buy the program yet again?

It means you get free updates during this period.
You have to revoke the instance at disc-soft.com first before switching to new computer.
