Can i use daemon tools to format my pc?

I just want to know that, can i use daemon tools to format my c: drive?
If i have a bootable windows 7 dvd image in my d: drive, can i mount it and use to format my c: drive?
By any method?
By installing deamon tools in d: or another drive?
Or anything?

Hmm... I assume you have Windows installed on disk C and you want to reinstall it. Right?
It is impossible. You are unable to use virtual drives without booting OS.
