Can't even install trial version!

Hello,

I have never installed any DT products (not even dt lite or whatever), but when i try to install the trial version of DT Pro, i get the error "Trial period has expired". Nothing more.

What should i do?

ps.: after trying with dt pro, i installed dt lite to check my system ID, as i saw that you often ask for it.
