Explorer hangs when running files on mounted image

Explorer hangs when running files on mounted image

Image mounts fine and even runs the autoplay splash screen, but when I try to run the installer explorer locks up until I unmount the image. When I open the drive contents and try to run the installer the green ribbon fills most of the way and locks up. I tried searching for issues related to the green ribbon but so far none the solutions have worked for me, hoping you guys may be able to provide some insight.

When you're copying the content of the mounted image to the hard drive and run the installer from there.
Does it also lock up ?
