Main window,toolbar and panels

Help, I no longer have the main window,toolbar and panels. All I have is the image panel.
I cannot find any way to revert to the default screen, if I right click on the systray icon there is no option in Tools to set preferences. Several options are available by right-clicking the icon, eg, Open Pro; Virtual devices; Image catalogue; Tools; Buy now; Help and Exit.
