No, DAEMON Tools Lite does not contain splitting functionality. You can install Trial version of DAEMON Tools Pro to test splitting.

That's a pity that DAEMON Tools Lite does not contain splitting functionality.I want to split some image .Or do you know some image SDK which supports to work with DAEMON?

Free alternatives are e.g. Alcohol 52% or ImgBurn.
In Alcohol 52% there is an option in Image Making Wizard called Seperate Image file every,
and in ImgBurn go to Tools/Settings/Read/Options/File Splitting.
