    Outstanding open handles, cant find running applications. please help

    Im running windows vista, and Daemon tools Pro advanced trial version 5.1.0.0333 I finished all the work i wanted to get done and now i want to remove the virtual drives but one or more say that there apps running on them. (outstanding open handles) from SCIS\CDrom&Ven..... Can someone please help?

    It means that content of mounted image is used by some application.
