Oops... Help?
A long time ago I downloaded and used daemon tools. I don't remember what for, but I did mount a virtual drive and removed it... after I uninstalled it though, my disc drive stopped working. (it wasn't immediately after) It's been a long time, but it just occurred to me that I may have actually replaced the real disc drive with a virtual one, and deleted/ overwritten the other one.
I... I want to know if this is possible, and what I can do to fix it in case this is what happened. I've done multiple things to try to fix it, and they haven't done anything. When I try to access the Disc drive, it says insert a disk. Even if you do put one in, it will still ask you to insert a disk and open up the disk drive... GAAAH
