Serious problem with my daemon tools

Anti-virus Software: none
DAEMON Tools Version: 322

Hi!
First...i have an windows xp opertion system
So....once when i was restart my computer, my dameon program was quitted, and i can't restat, i can't repair it with the daemon installer.You must to know this happened when i was installed the windows media player 9.
When i tried to install upgrade my daemon softwere to daemon344, the installer says, it "cannot removed the older version of daemon tools".
What can i do?
I must reinstall my windows?
I tried to clean daemon tools from the registry, but it doesn't worked :-/
Please help!
