Problem edit or convert Securom ISO to MDX

Is there a way to edit or convert Securom ISO to MDX, when i try to do so it tells me to insert correct dvd disc

Hallo, and welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately that's not possible. A valid SecuROM backup must hold topology data which can't be stored in the standard ISO format.
You need to create a MDS or MDX image from the original medium using DAEMON Tools Pro's 'New SecuROM' datatype.

I already have Securom ISO file and do not face any problem mounting it with DAEMON Tools, Please help

Mountable isn't the same as runnable.
As already mentioned: the ISO format doesn't contain the topology data which is required for SecuROM.
