DTLite4481-0348.exe has some problem with digital signature, so, we re-released a new build (DTLite4481-0347.exe).
DTLite4481-0347 build it is a new build only with a old name. So, you may use this build without problems.

Sorry for double post but I'm unable to edit my previous message. I've just downloaded DTLite4481-0347.exe and it exactly matches the file which i've downloaded in October 28, 2013. Nothing has changed?...
