DT Gadget UI is 'empty' after DT Pro Update -> 6.1

Hello all,

after updating my DT Pro to ver. 6.1 a couple of days ago, the Gadget has quit working! When I manually launch it from the Win7 menu I am offered an Install with the MSG that it is already installed - and 'Do you wish to replace it with DTPro.Gadget 1.0.1.0?'
After replacing the gadget, it still does not appear on the desktop and when I manually drag the gadget from the gadgets toolbar, the UI is blank = no controls other than the Close / Drag control.

Any ideas?

Hello David,

The gadget doesn't install even you run it manually by InstallGadget.exe (C: \Program Files (x86)\DAEMON Tools Pro). But followed your steps, Clicked Start → All Programs → DAEMON Tools Pro → DTGadget got same warning about gadget replacing. But the gadget appeared on the desktop.
