Says I already have it installed when I KNOW I do not.

So every time I attepmt to install Daemon Tools Lite, I get I message saying I already have it installed. However, neither option to uninstall works. I either get an error message or I get kicked out. When I attempted to manually uninstall the program, I realized I don't even have it. I looked at everything, even went through the product keys in Start>Run>Regedit. I have no idea what the problem is and I frankly need this program.

What's your OS, and which DT lite version are you trying to install ?
Are the folders C:\ProgramData\DAEMON Tools Lite and C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Roaming\DAEMON Tools Lite present ?
Or for example these keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Disc Soft\DAEMON Tools Lite
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Disc Soft\DAEMON Tools Lite
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall\DAEMON Tools Lite
