Problems with DT Lite in-program update feature

Hello,
why when I try to update DT Lite (from version 4.49 to 5.01) through the in-program update feature it shows an error message saying "The directory or file is corrupted and unredable"?

Hello,

Please, open Start menu -> All Programs -> DAEMON Tools Lite -> and click Uninstall.
In case uninstall operation was not successful, you need to remove "DAEMON Tools Lite" folder with the all files.
Then reinstall DAEMON Tools Lite 5 and check the problem.
